Otome Detective Visual Novel ‘Collar X Malice’ and ‘Collar X Malice -Unlimited-‘ Get Switch Release Window

Aksys Games announced that the Idea Factory developed Otome visual novels Collar X Malice and Collar X Malice -Unlimited-, will launch on Nintendo Switch in June and August 2020, respectively.

Those eager to pre-order Collar X Malice now can reserve the physical version at the publisher’s website.

Collar X Malice is a mystery visual novel that follows the main protagonist Ichika Hoshino, a cop who is out on patrol through the streets of Shinjuku, Tokyo. On this particular night, she is attacked and comes to find out that a strange color has been placed around her neck. Evidently, this is tied to a case that several former police offers have been investigating, and they all seem to be beautiful men. Throughout the story, Ichika must learn more about the collar and how to remove it without setting off the poison that resides within it, which could end her life.

Collar X Malice -Unlimited- is a fan disc that has yet to come west, but includes new stories with the male characters and Ichika. These are short stories that players will be able to spend more time with their favorite characters for just a little longer.

Collar X Malice is now available on PlayStation Vita.
