Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly Launching Spring 2023

During today’s Nintendo Indie World Showcase, publisher and developer Toge Productions announced that their visual novel, Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly, will launch for the Switch in Spring 2023. It is also releasing for via PC Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5,  and Xbox in Spring 2023.

Coffee Talk Episode 2 will take players once again to the Seattle café. Though the story takes place in a modern place, it’s actually a tale in an alternate universe with multiple races interacting. Instead of only humans, orcs, elves, and other fantasy races coexist.

According to the Steam page, it seems like there’ll be some returning characters. Those include the elf Bailey who works as a graphic designer, the succubus executive Lua, and game developer Myrtle. However, two new characters are shown in the illustrations available on the game’s Steam page as well.
