Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly Now Available on Consoles, PC & Game Pass; Launch Trailer
Chorus Worldwide has announced that the Toge Productions-developed sim visual novel Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly is now available on PC and Mac via Steam and GOG, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Additionally, Xbox and PC Game Pass subscribers also have access to the title.
The founder and CEO of Chorus Worldwide, Shintaro Kanaoya, shared the following comment regarding this game’s launch:
“Working with Toge for Coffee Talk Episode 2 has been a delight. The first Coffee Talk established such a convincing sense of space reflective of the times when it launched — together, we think we’ve rekindled that magic and look forward to fans seeing how the coffee shop and its patrons have changed over the years.”
Coffee Talk Episode 2 will take players once again to the Seattle café. Though the story takes place in a modern place, it’s actually a tale in an alternate universe with multiple races interacting. Instead of only humans, orcs, elves, and other fantasy races coexist.
Gameplay puts players in the role of a coffee shop barista once again, where a few returning faces may pop up. Through conversations, players will learn more about the characters and maybe even a bit about their coffee preferences.
Players can interact with ingredients to create the perfect cup of coffee. Using items such as tea, ginger, mint, and chocolate, there are plenty of ways to make the coffee the customer wants.
