Code Vein Launches Lord of Thunder DLC With New Gameplay Trailer

Bandai Namco has launched the third DLC for their dungeon-crawling RPG Code Vein,  available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Title Lord of Thunder, players will find a new area to explore within The Depths along with new story elements and the Lord of Thunder boss. Additionally, the DLC adds Horror Hunting Trials, and new challenges to complete to unlock new content, which includes partner costumes for Eva and Jack, new weapons, a new blood code, and character creation items.

The Lord of Thunder DLC is available as a standalone purchase for $9.99, as well as bundled with the Season Pass, available for $24.99.

Code Vein is an action-adventure game where players will be able to craft their weapons and customize their experience by fine-tuning their character’s playstyle during the game’s dark and gritty narrative.

Players will assume the role of a revenant who is in search of a cure for the desire of blood beads, a rare source of energy for revenant in this demon-filled world. However, every mission puts that at risk of becoming a member of the lost, or even dead. The game focuses on skill-based combat where players will probably die multiple times.
