Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Details
The Paintress wakes and paints upon her monolith once a year, and the cursed number she paints communicates the age that those who turn that age will fade away. The number ticks down every year, with the latest one being 33. The cast, Expedition 33, has the final mission to defeat the Paintress to prevent her from controlling death.
During combat, players can dodge, parry, and counter in real-time while free-aiming at weak points and chaining combos through rhythmic attacks. Character customization allows players to build unique characters with their own gear, stats, skills, and synergies.
Players can also anticipate hidden quests and secret areas. The overworld map, inspired by Belle Époque France, enables players to explore various locations, including the Ancient Sanctuary and Gestral Village.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
