Murder Mystery Visual Novel ‘Chaos;Child’ Gets PC Release This Month
Spike Chunsoft has gone live with a reveal of the Mages developed murder mystery visual novel Chaos;Child on PC-via Steam set to release on January 22.
Chaos;Child tells the story of events that occurred six years after an earthquake his the city of Shibuya. While researching these incidents, Takuru Miyashiro stumbles upon a truth that connects the murders to the evens that happened those short years ago. Also, people known gigalomaniacs who have a strange delusional power are beginning to awaken.
Gameplay in Chaos;Child has characters choose whether or not they want to explore their nightmares or daydreams, which controls what Takuru sees and alters the story. The game has six different ending with different character routes and outcomes. The game will take players through a series of mysteries as they track down the serial killer and explore their relationship over the course of the story.
Chaos;Child is available now on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.

Author’s take: This entire series of visual novels is a great one to jump into if you haven’t. Also, if you haven’t played Steins;Gate I would definitely think about getting that game too and playing both of them.
