Castlevania Requiem Gets Physical Release on PS4

Limited Run Games announced they will publish a physical release of the Konami-developed action-adventure Castlevania Requiem on PlayStation 4.

Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night and Rondo of Blood will bring two highly-rated titles to a generation of gamers. Konami mentions that they have partnered with SIE Worldwide Studios to create “high-quality” ports of each title to deliver a gameplay experience fans will remember. Additionally, each title will now have added trophy support.

Originally released in 1993, Castlevania: Rondo of Blood stars Richter Belmont, a man on a mission to save a loved one from the grasps of Dracula. Its sequel, Castlevania Symphony of the Night, introduces new character Alucard and expands on Richter’s story a year after the conclusion of Rondo of Blood.

Both titles feature side-scrolling action, where players will make their way through levels fighting hordes of devilish creatures to save the world from Dracula’s reign. Symphony of the Night expands on the series by including RPG elements with added skills and items.
