Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions Launches Rising Stars DLC Part 2; 3 New Alternate Characters
Bandai Namco has announced that the Tamsoft-developed over-the-top soccer title, Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions, has received the second installment of its Episode: Rising Stars DLC.
Players can look forward to utilizing alternative versions of Tsubasa Ozora, Tachibana Brothers, and Juan Diaz, who each have new abilities. These playable variants become available after clearing the Junior Youth World Challenge “what-if” stories.
Additionally, these three aforementioned characters are separately purchasable and alternatively obtainable via the Character Mission Pass. There are currently three playable DLC characters yet to be revealed.

Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions is based on the works of series creator Yoichi Takahashi and follows Tsubasa Ozora as he steps up as the leader of his soccer team and brings them to glory. The game introduces players to soccer with an anime twist, as players are able to execute a variety of powerful offensive and defensive moves during matches against rival teams.
