Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions Reveals Free and Paid DLC Rolled Out Tomorrow in New Trailer
Bandai Namco revealed a free content update for the Tamsoft-developed over-the-top soccer title, Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions.
The update will be delivered on December 2 on all platforms, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC-via Steam. Players will find balance adjustments have been added for both Versus and Online Versus modes. These balances will be available for all players and might improve the overall experience.
For those who wish to spend some money, the publisher also revealed that three new players will join the game on December 3. These characters are part of the Character Pass: DLC 1, but can be purchased separately. Players will be able to play as Stefan Levin, Singprasert Bunnaak, and Ricard Espadas. There are six more characters planned to release.
Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions is based on the works of series creator, Yoichi Takahashi, and follows Tsubasa Ozora as he steps up as the leader of his soccer team and brings them to glory. The game introduces players to soccer with an anime twist as players are able to execute a variety of powerful offensive and defensive moves during matches against rival teams.
