Capcom Showcase Announced for June 12
Capcom has announced they will host the next Capcom Showcase on June 12, 2023, at 3 PM PT/ 6 PM ET. The company hasn’t stated what we can expect from this presentation, but considering how it’s 36 minutes long, there’s likely quite a bit we’ll be seeing.
It’s fair to expect more of Dragon’s Dogma II and perhaps Pragmata, which has been practically nonexistent since its initial unveiling. Resident Evil will also likely be present in some capacity.
Personally, I’m hoping to see something Ace Attorney-related, whether that be a collection of the fourth, fifth, and sixth mainline entries or maybe even a duology pack of both Miles Edgeworth Investigation games. Then, of course, there’s also Ace Attorney 7, but I don’t want to set my sights too high.
I’m also yearning for a brand-new Mega Man title. As much as I’ve enjoyed the several Legacy Collections we’ve received, I think it’s about time to get a fresh adventure. Considering the number of sub-series at this franchise’s disposal, practically anything is possible.
Regardless, I’m rather excited for this upcoming Capcom Showcase. We’ll be sure to inform you all of any major announcements.
In case you missed it, Capcom has partnered with Japan Volleyball Association, resulting in several of their characters adorning fitting attire, such as Chun-Li from Street Fighter.
In other news, the Mega Man series producer recently left Capcom.
