New Capcom Poll Asks Which Ace Attorney Lawyer You Would Want to Defend You; It Feels Like Someone is Missing…Must be Our Imagination
The official Twitter account for Capcom’s 40th-anniversary website, Capcom Town, has launched a new poll available until August 4, 2023. Participants can choose between one of four Ace Attorney characters about who you’d most want to defend you in court if you ever got sued.
The options are the central franchise protagonist, Phoenix Wright, the second central franchise protagonist, Apollo Justice, the prosecutor with two spinoffs to his name, Miles Edgeworth, and Phoenix’s ancestor, Ryunosuke Naruhodo.
It does seem like someone is missing from this list…a playable lawyer, in fact….must be our imagination.
You’ll have to submit your age, email, region of residence, and gender before confirming your vote.
You can cast your vote via the official Capcom Town website. Voting will also grant you Twitter icons of the selectable characters.
Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy will launch for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Windows and Steam in early 2024.

The package features the fourth, fifth, and sixth mainline entries of the Ace Attorney franchise; Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice, respectively.
Taking place seven years after Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Trials and Tribulations, Apollo Justice joins the fray as a new defense attorney who finds himself grappling with the Dark Age of the Law, causing seemingly irreparable corruption across court proceedings and verdicts. Alongside the ever-familiar Phoenix Wright and new allies, the cast tries to bring stability to their clients’ lives in the wake of this chaos, even if Apollo battles multiple demons of his past in the process.
It is a bit odd that this is titled as an Apollo trilogy seeing as two of the three games here have Phoenix’s name on the title, but I’m sure not complaining. Apollo’s my favorite character in the franchise, so seeing him get respect is neat.
