Idea Factory International announced that Calamity Angels: Special Delivery is coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The console versions launch physically and digitally on February 17, 2026, while the Steam version is planned for sometime in 2026. Steam players can use English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese language options.
The publisher also opened signups for a closed beta on Steam. Applications are available now for players 18 and older, with testing scheduled from December 22, 2025 through January 16, 2026. IFI is looking for a range of hardware setups, so you can apply through the official blog if you want to help test the PC release.
Calamity Angels: Special Delivery is a delivery service RPG where you manage a team of chaotic couriers hauling packages across dangerous regions filled with rival crews and creatures. You keep an eye on each carrier’s mood, since an annoyed teammate might ignore your commands in battle. That can cause issues, but it can sometimes lead to unexpected wins too.
Every job starts at the bulletin board. You inspect the package, pack it tightly, gear up your team, and head out for rewards once the delivery is complete. Routes play out on a board-style map where a roulette spin determines your next space. Shops, special parcels, and boss encounters all show up as you move toward the drop-off point.
Character designer Kei Nanameda, known for work on Mary Skelter and Death end re;Quest, returns with a new cast and setting built around lively banter and monster-filled treks.
