Bustafellows Season 2 Releasing in Japan Late May 2023; Pre-Orders Available

Developer eXtend recently announced that pre-orders for Bustafellows Season 2, the sequel to the Bustafellows visual novel, are now available. Further, the official release date is now set for May 25, 2023.

The title will cost ¥5,900 for the Android and iOS versions and ¥7,480 for the Nintendo Switch release, with the latter also offering a deluxe edition for ¥9,680. It is unknown yet if the game will be localized for the West or if the following items will be released here as of the time of this writing.

The Deluxe Edition includes an acrylic illustrated board, a Turtle’s Pizza shopping card, a pamphlet, an illustrated board of a pizza, and two discs: One containing the soundtrack and the other containing a drama track.

Furthermore, various purchase bonuses will be offered depending on the Japanese retailer you purchase it from, ranging from pin badges to acrylic keyholders to even B2-sized posters, with prices of those bundles also varying between ¥10,000 to ¥18,000.

In Bustafellows Season 2, everyone wants answers. Who is to blame? What went wrong? And what must the punishment be? To preserve the state of the world, everything is either black or white. Those who focus on the in-between will only continue to suffer. Everyone must know it in their hearts—that all things come as a pair.

Bustafellows Season 2 will be released in Japan on Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android smartphones on May 25, 2023. A demo version of the first chapter is currently available to download on the aforementioned platforms, also only in Japan.
