Publisher PQube has announced that its otome visual novel, Bustafellows, has received a patch on PC addressing several localization faults. According to their tweet announcing the patch, over 100 text bugs have been fixed, “including typos and formatting.”
Thanks to PQube for striving to make this experience as qualitative as possible.
Initially released in Japan for Switch and Mobile in 2019, Bustafellows tells the story of a journalist girl called Teuta. She’s a very determined and strong-willed girl skilled at data gathering and tends to help people in trouble. But, unfortunately, one day, she witnesses the murder of a crooked lawyer.
However, she has the power to go back in time, assuming the body of another. Using that special ability, she decides to save the formerly ill-fated lawyer. This is but the start of a journey in which she’ll meet a group of appealing, dangerous dudes.
There are five romance options in the game: Limbo (CV: KENN), Shu (CV: Hosoya Yoshimasa), Helvetica (CV: Yoshino Hiroyuki), Mozu (CV: Fukuyama Jun), and Scarecrow (CV: Shirai Yuusuke). The player choices will lead to each of their routes and multiple endings.
Bustafellows is currently available on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
