New ‘Bright Memory: Infinite’ Gameplay Trailer is F**king Insane
Playism released a new trailer for the FYQD-Studio-developed first-person action game Bright Memory: Infinite, coming to Xbox Series X|S and PC-via Steam in 2021.
The trailer shows off more gameplay against enemies and bosses. However, one look at it’s tough to compare it to the short one-off game that was Bright Memory. It’s true the Infinite was developed once Playism got behind the project, but it’s so cool to see this game improve from such a rocky area. Still, we aren’t sold on the narrative yet because we haven’t really seen it outside of a villain reveal.
Bright Memory is set in the year 2020 in an alternate universe where a substance, known as the “Soul of Jiu Xuan,” possesses the ability to reanimate the dead. In an attempt to take possession of the substance, the “SAI” – a large terrorist organization controlling its own army – has used a cutting-edge piece of technology known as a “Quantum Transporter” to infiltrate the SRO research facility and steal top-secret and incredibly dangerous data. Players will assume the role of a skilled fighter named Shelia as she takes down any threats in her way.
