Neowiz announced that their strategy RPG, Brave Nine, formerly, Brown Dust, has launched an anniversary update for players to dive into.
“It’s been a year since we launched the game globally, and two since we first shared our Mercenaries’ tales in Japan,” said Sean Kim, game director. “With a new name and an ever-growing stable of content, Brave Nine is better than ever. We can’t wait to show our players what we have in store this year.”
The update adds in a World Arena PVP mode, which is a global cross-server PVP mode for top players to compete and see who has the best skills. Additionally, a new single-player dungeon has been added to the game with 30-floors to explore and fight through.
As for companions, players can find Destiny, Sophia, and Emma for Mercenaries Edin, Veronia, and Jayden.
Brave Nine features over 300 playable mercenaries for players to collect, 1200 unique battles, as well as an ongoing quest-driven story. Additionally, the game has a seasonal Guild War PvP mode as well as various dungeons, world bosses, and co-op raids.
With the most current update, there are over 1200 stages and five different runes to use to upgrade Mercenaries’ abilities along with awakening material for the cast. The developers have also strived to create a game with an easy to follow interface and challenging levels.
