Blue Reflection Sun Mobile Game Announced for Japan; Closed Beta Test December 2022

Koei Tecmo has announced that the next entry of the Blue Reflection series will be a free-to-play mobile title in Japan with microtransactions. Titled Blue Reflection Sun, this new entry in the Blue Reflection franchise will be released on Android and iOS and for PC via DMM’s own proprietary DMM GAME PLAYER.

The teaser site also says that the developers are accepting applicants for an Android/iOS Closed Beta Test. Those interested can apply for it starting today until November 24, 2022. If you are accepted, you should receive an email on November 30, 2022. The test itself occurs from December 2 to December 9, 2022, and is divided between 1,500 iOS and 1,500 Android players, for a total of 3,000.

The narrative synopsis is as follows:

It all started eighteen months ago.

Suddenly, “ashes” began to fall onto the world.

At first, we had thought it was a natural phenomenon, but…

We had soon learned that said “ashes” are actually a malicious substance capable of harming the human body…
