Blue Reflection Series & DLC Boast Massive Sale on PSN, Switch & PC
So, we get it; you’ve always been interested in getting Blue Reflection, but the price wasn’t always to your liking. Well, Koei Tecmo and Gust have us covered with a massive sale of both entries of the series.
These discounts cross between PSN, Nintendo Switch eShop, and PC via Steam, so players can choose where to experience the games. Additionally, their DLC content is separately discounted alongside bundles, primarily comprising cosmetics. The first Blue Reflection is 70% off, while Blue Reflection: Second Light is 50% off.
However, players will need to be aware that the Switch eShop only has Blue Reflection: Second Light on the system, so players will need to purchase the first game either on PC or PSN. Despite this little caveat, players who choose to play on Switch will be able to take their magical girls wherever they go.
They are discounted on Steam until October 9, PSN until October 12, and Blue Reflection: Second Light is discounted on the eShop until October 6.
Check out our review of Blue Reflection Second Light.
Blue Reflection: Second Light follows three students, Ao Hoshizaki, Kokoro Utsubo, and Yuki Kinjou, who have just been transported to a floating academy with no way home and only their names as memories. Outside the academy, a new area appears called “Heartscape” since it surrounds the world they inhabit.
Here in Heartscape, the characters can find resources for survival, crafting, and battle. Further, they come across memory shards; pieces of their memory come back to them when touched.
However, this place becomes more dangerous as monsters appear. This leads the girls to transform, which resembles a magical girl animation, and they take part in real-time battles.
