Bandai Namco ‘MMO’ Blue Protocol Live Broadcast #5 Coming Later Next Week

After over a year of radio silence, Bandai Namco has finally announced that a brand-new broadcast for their upcoming open-world game Blue Protocol will be livestreamed on the official YouTube channel on November 15 at 7 PM JST.

In advance, the developers have already confirmed that the game will receive another network beta test, though further specifications have not been revealed. The broadcast will also focus on bringing the latest information about its development, which we haven’t heard of since May of last year.

For those unaware, Blue Protocol is an upcoming MMORPG developed and published by Bandai Namco, which was announced back in June 2019.

Set on the planet of Regnus, the world of Blue Protocol is filled with a mysterious light called Engram. An ancient civilization, known as the Bafarians, has been relegated to nothing more than myths and stories, and their once-proud cities are now reduced to ancient dilapidated ruins. Blue Protocol was initially slated for a Japan-only release in 2022, but Bandai Namco did open up the possibility of a global release in a September 2022 interview.

A big shout-out to Blue Protocol DB for having all the info about the title. You can watch and set a reminder for the livestream here:
