Bandai Namco has recently announced that the Japanese version of Blue Protocol will be making its way to both PlayStation 5 and XBOX Series X|S on December 13, 2023, after the scheduled maintenance.
This version will be available for free and will support cross-platform play and cross-platform saving between PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC platforms. It should be noted however, that Rose Stones, the game’s paid currency, can’t carry over between platforms. For example, if you have 500 free Rose Orbs and 400 paid Rose Orbs in the PC version, and login on PS5 after you’ve linked your account, the number of Rose Orbs you have will be displayed as 0.
In Blue Protocol, players embark on a quest to uncover the truth about their character’s origins, meet people from many worlds and make new friends with whom they share their adventures. Eventually, you find yourself facing an inescapable destiny that will determine the fate of planet Regnas in an immersive multiplayer experience with deep character customization and action-packed combat.
Furthermore, Blue Protocol also features an action-based combat system that features customizable controls for beginners and veterans alike. Your class depends on your chosen weapons, allowing you to adapt to challenges without changing your character.
Blue Protocol is currently available in Japan for PC. A global version will be coming in 2024.
