Mobile RPG ‘Blue Archive’ Launches Summer Vacation Event so We Can All Re-Install it Now
Nexon has launched a new update for the NAT Games-developed Blue Archive, available now on iOS and Android devices in the west.
The update features a new event titled “Head Prefect Hina’s Summer Vacation” where players can obtain event currencies to exchange various limited-time items.
Over 20 new “Summer Resort Pool Party Set” furniture for the Café will be added along with an all-new rhythm mini-game, “Perfect Team’s Grueling Summer Boot Camp! Training Begins.” The rhythm game will feature songs from the Blue Archive soundtrack and allow players to show off their skills to earn in-game currencies and furniture items.
Players can collect Gehenna Supply Boxes to exchange for ‘Izumi (Swimsuit)’s Eleph and more. They can also collect other event currencies such as ‘GRS Grilled Corn’, ‘Thug Summer Shades’, and ‘Splashy Helmet’ which can be exchanged for various items.
Nexon is holding a ‘Prefect Team Boot Camp Login Bonus!’ event until April 19 in celebration of this update with rewards like Pyroxene x600, Summer Dessert Table (3-Star), and more.
Blue Archive is a new IP from the publisher led by Producer Yong-ha Kim, mainly collecting waifus and taking on story missions. The gameplay focuses on its narrative, where players will witness students’ daily lives at academies and clubs.
Gameplay features unique animation styles and a constantly changing, full-3D battle between students attending academies and clubs.
