Microsoft and Arc System Works have announced that the latter’s 2D fighter, BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle Special Edition, will be launching for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Windows in Spring 2023. Further, Game Pass will even include the title. A more precise release date was not yet provided.
Originally launching in 2018, BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle is a 2D fighter featuring characters from across a handful of franchises. The playable character roster even extends into anime with RWBY characters. Each character is unique and players can create a team of all-star fighters to bring into a match and combo until their heart’s content. BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle brings you dream matches between the stars of popular titles BlazBlue, Persona 4 Arena, Under Night In-Birth, Arcana Heart, Senran Kagura, Akatsuki Blitzkampf, and RWBY in a 2D fighting game.
BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle is available now on PS4, Switch, and PC.
