Blaster Master Zero 3 Reveals the Return of Previous Characters Including Kanna and Her Massive Plants
Inti Creates announced that Blaster Master Zero 3 will feature some returning characters throughout the adventure, some of which you wouldn’t actually expect.
For starters, Leibniz will show up again as the pilot of the Metal Attacker “Garuda.” Leibniz fights against the mutants but lost everything as a result. Although he fights against Jason and Eve, he has shown he can make good decisions after defending Earth, but it seems like he regrets that decision, telling Jason that “If I knew it would end up that way, I never would have gone.”
Also, Kanna is back as the pilot of the Metal Attack “EIR.” This is pretty strange, but she’s here for some reason. Kanna is a plant lifeform and excels in botany and pharmaceutics.
During gameplay, players can take on Sophia Force Dungeons that include power-ups for Jason when completed. You can leave whenever you want, but if you keep going, you may find more items.
Blaster Master Zero 3 features Jason, Eve, and Fred the frog on a unique last fight towards peace and saving Eve, the support droid for SOPHIA III, who has been corrupted with mutant cells during their battles. I also hope to see some returning characters from the previous games, but I don’t mind keeping the cast small as we round out this adventure.
The Blaster Master Zero series from Inti Creates offers a charming narrative pieced together by 2D action platforming. The developer doesn’t need to include as great a story as they did with this trilogy, but it keeps players invested.
If you’re looking for some action this summer, Blaster Master Zero 3 is a game you should have on your radar. However, you won’t have to wait long as it’s coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC on July 29, 2021.
