Black Desert on Xbox One Opens Pre-orders Soon

Pearl Abyss announced that their action MMORPG Black Desert will launch on Xbox One soon, and will be available for pre-order on January 7, 2019.

Black Desert has been developed from the ground-up for the Xbox One console version. The game will closely resemble the PC version which now has over 10 million registered users. However, the console version will feature a new storyline, remastered graphics and audio, and optimized controller support.

The developer promises that more information will release soon, including the game’s price point.

Black Desert is an open world fantasy action MMORPG where players can customize a character based off of a handful of classes. Each character class has different skills and abilities to use against the hordes of enemies that they’ll face throughout their adventure.

Currently, Black Desert is available on PC and mobile devices in multiple bundles that add extra items and material. It hasn’t been revealed how many different editions the Xbox One version will launch with.

Author’s take: This game looks amazing, I played a bit of it at GDC, but can’t wait to get in on the console version since I’m not a PC nerd, but I am a console nerd so it all works out!
