Black Desert Brings Free Succession Update to PS4 and Xbox One

Pearl Abyss announced that PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players of Black Desert will find a new skill system, Succession, following today’s free update.

Succession allows players to abandon their past, completely retiring their Awakening weapons to pick up their original weapons. After doing so, players will find that new skills are available along with new powerful variations. Currently, only Warrior, Sorceress, Ranger, and Berserker classes access Succession, but others will be added in the future.

There are also a few events to prepare for Succession, such as additional EXP for reaching over level 56 and skill EXP buff that last for three hours after talking to the Mystery Knight found on the battlefield.

Black Desert is an MMORPG available on Xbox One, PS4, PC, and mobile devices. The game has gained a lot of attention from MMORPG fans for its second life offerings and attention to high-quality animations and character customization. Players will take on quests and explore the dungeons around them as their world expands, and they create their own adventure. The game also features various modes, both PvP and PvE.

Black Desert is available in over 150 countries and supports 12 languages. Currently, there are over 30 million registered users.
