Multiplayer RPG ‘Black Clover Phantom Knights’ Launches in West and Reveals Upcoming Content Update

Bandai Namco released the multiplayer RPG, Black Clover Phantom Knights, on iOS and Android.

Black Clover Phantom Knights is a multiplayer kingdom defense RPG where players assume the role as captain of a Magic Knights brigade. They are tasked to defend and develop their Kingdom in the hope of creating the most robust brigade. The game will pit players against each other in online matches as each player grows their Kingdom’s defenses and units.

The publisher has shared that the team plans to release a steady flow of content for players on an ongoing basis. The first batch of content will be around shortly after launch, and will include:

• Black Asta Step-Up Summon
• Mereoleona’s Beastly Exercise Summon
• One Free 11x Summon Every Day for 8 Days

During gameplay, players will be able to form their own brigades, consisting of characters from the anime series, including Asta, Yuno, Yami, and Noelle. The developer has also stated that they plan to introduce new characters to the game as well. Players will then be able to play through a story mode that is separate from the anime and centered around the game’s original characters.

Black Clover Phantom Knights is aiming to create an easy-to-pick-up experience for fans of the franchise, even if they don’t enjoy RPGs.
