Back 4 Blood Delayed to October to Deliver the “Best Possible Game”

Developer Turtle Rock Studios released a statement that their co-op action game Back 4 Blood, will be delayed on all platforms to its new release date of October 12, 201

The developer mentions that the team needs more time to deliver the best possible experience to players. They also thank their community for the support. The delay comes after a closed beta where players were able to deliver feedback and experience a few of the game modes. We shared our thoughts on the experience and found it flowed naturally with the inspiration it takes from Left 4 Dead.

Back 4 Blood is played online with a square of four players or even solo with three AI teammates. The game can also support up to eight players in online PvP multiplayer. The game’s story takes place after an outbreak where humanity has been infected by a parasite known as the “Devil Worm.” So a group of people gets together to put a stop to it.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the development and release of Back 4 Blood.

Back 4 Blood is in development for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC  to release on October 12, 2021.
