Babylon’s Fall Has Fallen
The Square Enix and Platinum Games-co-developed online action game Babylon’s Fall has officially ended its service. The game was created to be a live-service action RPG where players play across seasons, but that didn’t happen because no one played.
The game initially launched on March 3, 202, and has since been a ghost town without even charting after release.
For any unused in-game currency, the developer has set up an official website to request a refund.
During gameplay, players took control of various characters through fantasy-style levels. The game featured a single-player element where players can get through the missions alone, but the 4-player online option is where the real fun should have lied. Further, there were online missions that never ended, but the game did feature a narrative. However, to uncover that, players would have to fight through various flowers of enemies as they collect loot and take on challenges.
Goodnight, sweet prince.
