Babylon’s Fall Phase 1+2 Closed Beta Test Feedback; Graphical Improvements, Combat Fixes, and More Arriving to Phase 3

Square Enix blog has released a post informing Babylon’s Fall Phase 1 and 2 closed beta test players of the changes arriving in Phase 3. These alterations and improvements are being made based on feedback.

One of the most notable improvements is graphical visibility. Players noted how blurry scenery tended to be when viewed up-close, and Phase 3 aims to make every facet of the game clearer. An example screenshot was provided, too (this article’s featured image).

Combat was stated to be too sluggish by many players, and with this being an action game, careful measures were taken to redirect the flow of swing speeds and such to make it all more cohesive. An unlisted video showcasing these changes was provided, which you can view below:

Several UI additions and fixes have been made, such as revised game terminology to understand mechanics better. Additionally, equipment effects have been altered to be less cryptic and more easily understood by the general player base. Tips have even been added to loading screens to better inform players of the game’s vast array of options.

You can read the details of the changes arriving in Babylon’s Fall’s third Phase on Square Enix’s official website.

Babylon’s Fall is in development for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
