Let’s All Take a Second to Drool Over This New Azure Striker Gunvolt 3 Gameplay

Inti Creates released new gameplay for Azure Striker Gunvolt 3, in development for Nintendo Switch with a 2022 release planned.

The trailer highlights Gunvolt gameplay that really shows an improvement in speed and combos. However, we also get to see gameplay from the new protagonist, Kirin. Like Gunvolt and Copen, she has a particular way to approach enemies by tagging them and launching swift attacks. She can also deflect projectiles using her sword. Furthermore, Gonvolt will also be playable and brings his own twist on his classic playstyle.

Azure Striker Gunvolt 3 is supervised by Keiji Inafune, who has been working closely with director Yoshihisa Tsuda to put together this new entry of the 2D-action series. Players will be able to use new abilities and systems that bring the series to a new generation of gamers.

The game’s tagline is “Fates are sealed as paradigms shift, and a new era unfolds. What lies beyond the path toward hope?” In the coming months, I’m sure we’ll learn more about the meaning behind these words.
