Azur Lane x Dead or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation Collaboration Trailer Making Gacha Lovers Out of All of Us

Yostar released a new trailer for the collaboration between their mobile RPG Azur Lane and the Koei Tecmo developed volleyball game Dead or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation.

The trailer highlighted the game’s event, but more specifically, the in-game illustrations the players will collect through gameplay. DoA XVV characters who can be found in the collaboration include Marie Rose, Honoka, Kasumi, Misaki, Nagisa, Monica, and Nyotengu. Each character will have their own stats and abilities for ship combat. However, the additional art illustrations are what have us pulling out our wallent.

The event is going on now until Dember 9.

Azur Lane is a mobile app game released in 2017 in China for iOS and Android devices. Since its launch, the game has become more and more popular, with players hitting five million players within its first four months on the market.

Idea Factory International published Azur Lane: Crosswave in the west, which features all of these characters in a 3D space. During gameplay, players will need to defeat enemy ships and meet special criteria to unlock and customize new characters. The game allows players to customize their commander and collect new upgrades while figuring out their unique strengths and abilities.
