Atlus West to Show Their “Latest & Greatest” at Anime Expo 2023 Panel; No Promise of New Title Announcements

Atlus West has announced that they will host morning and evening industry panel sessions during the third day of Anime Expo 2023, July 3. Though their descriptions differ, both events are planned to occur in Petree Hall.

The morning industry panel session, happening between 10 and 10:50, states the following:

“Join ATLUS West and be the first to know about all the exciting happenings! By the time you’re reading this, the cat is out of the bag.. head over to the mobile app for more details on our news and special guests! ***This room will NOT be cleared for the next panel.***”

Then, the evening industry panel, happening between 7 and 7:50, states the following:

“Get ready for an evening of excitement with ATLUS West as we bring you our latest and greatest! Head over to the mobile app for updated details on panel topics and our special guests. ***This room will NOT be cleared prior to this panel. This room will be cleared for the next panel.***”

The crucial phrases used here are “our latest and greatest” and “the exciting happenings,” which are too vague to infer anything substantial. Those words could just simply imply discussion regarding the latest merchandise and game releases. Further, it’s doubtful that Atlus West would announce a major new game without Atlus Japan doing so first.
