Atelier Sophie 2 Will Feature Costume DLC for Those Who Have Save Data From Previous Atelier Titles

Koei Tecmo revealed that Ryza fans will get an extra surprise when playing Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream.

The publisher revealed that if you have Save Data on your console from Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout and Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy, you’ll unlock a free Ryza costume for Sophie to wear. Sadly, those who have the PS5 version of Ryza 2 will not be able to receive this content considering Atelier Sophie 2 is currently not scheduled to release a PS5 version other than its PS4 version being playable via backward compatibility.

Further, those who have Save Data from the Atelier Mysterious Trilogy Deluxe Pack will receive additional costumes for Sophie.

Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream continues the adventure of Sophie and Plachta who have traveled on many new adventures. After leaving Sophie’s hometown of Kirchen Bell, the two stumble across a tree that Plachta has seen in her dream. Upon inspection, they are pulled into a vortex, and Sophie wakes up in a world called Erde Widege, and here’s someone calling for Plachta, however, it’s not her friend Plachta, but a young alchemist with the same name. I’m sure you can see where this is going.

Further, NISA America will host a limited edition that includes, an art book, deluxe fabric poster, keychain, bonus BGM CD, and an exclusive DLC costume all packaged into a beautiful collector’s box.
