Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & The Secret Key Announced; February 2023 Release

During today’s Nintendo Direct, Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & The Secret Key was announced to be released on February 24, 2023.

Ryza and friends return to a world of secrets in their third summer escapade. A year has passed since the fateful events of Atelier Ryza 2, and the party reunites in a quest rooted in alchemy and mystery. Lead writer Yashichiro Takahashi, who delivered the script for the original Atelier Ryza, returns to the franchise to deliver an unforgettable new chapter in the Secret series as Ryza and friends set out on their biggest adventure yet.

When mysterious islands in nearby waters suddenly appear, Ryza and friends set off to investigate. The third summer adventure with Ryza begins…

A total of 11 party members are featured, making it one of the largest in the Atelier series!

In battles, players can perform moves based on orders from party members, swap out members, and work together with their party as intuitive and speedy combat unfolds.

Various ‘keys’ can be obtained in exploration and battles. Using these keys can strengthen Ryza’s abilities, items, etc.

A first look broadcast will be occurring tomorrow, September 14, 2022, at 8 AM ET/ 5 AM ET with producer Junzo Hosoi.

Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy takes place after the events of Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout, which shipped 500,000 copies worldwide.
