Atelier Ryza 2 Shows Off Some of the 37 Costumes Included in the DDX Version

Koei Tecmo released a new gameplay trailer for the Gust-developed adventure RPG, Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy, coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC-via Steam on January 26, 2021.

The trailer highlights the costumes including in the Digital Deluxe version of the game, which the publisher refers to as DDX. Viewers can get a preview of the 37 costumes that come with this version of the game through the in-game dressing room and cinematics. Gust has been known to milk the costume releases in the past so if you’re someone who purchases all of them anyway, this may be a nice avenue for you.

Players are also able to explore Kurken Island from the first game to collect more materials with the option to explore further using the sequel’s new systems.

Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy takes place after the events of Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout, which shipped 420,000 copies worldwide. Atelier Ryza tells the story of a new character in the Atelier series, Ryzalin, a typical everyday girl who has become bored with her mundane lifestyle. After meeting someone special, she discovers alchemy and her whole life changes. She then sets out on an adventure that she never thought she’d go on.
