Atelier Ryza 1 & 2 Visual Collection Store Listings Reveal Western December 2023 Releases
The previously announced Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout Official Visual Collection and Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy Official Visual Collection from UDON have received new release dates on Amazon for the West, December 5, 2023.
These books were previously planned for Spring 2023, but it appears they have gotten delayed. Their MSRPs are $49.99, though they’re both 27% off.
The team will provide full English translations for the volumes that were originally published in Japan by Kadokawa. The books include illustrations and information on Ryza, her friends, and their adventures.
These books show off official artwork and character illustrations by Toridamono and include rare and little-seen artwork, character illustrations, 3D models, environment images, weapon and monster designs, and some bonus materials. Both books also feature exclusive interviews between Toridamono and Executive Producer Junzo Hosoi, offering insight into the Atelier series of games and how it has changed with these newest titles.

Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & The Secret Key is now available worldwide on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
Lead writer Yashichiro Takahashi returned to write this third entry. Taking place a year after Ryza 2, the titular protagonist and her friends discover newly appearing islands near their home of Kurken Island. The party decides to investigate these mysterious happenings but ends up finding a gate within some ruins, with a voice wanting to lead Ryza to the Code of the Universe.
Four regions are explorable in an open field, all boasting seamless transitions. Keys will also be found and created; they all have unique effects for synthesis, battle, and exploration. Moreover, a total of 11 party members are available, featuring returning and new characters.
