Atelier Online: Alchemist of Bressisle Gets a New English Trailer as Pre-Registration Opens Soon
Boltrend Games has shared a new trailer for Atelier Online: Alchemist of Bressisle. The global version of the mobile RPG will be available for pre-registration soon on Android and iOS, though a specific date has not been revealed. The company ran a closed beta test last month.
Atelier Online was originally released in Japan in 2018. It was developed as part of the commemoration for 20 years of the series, including characters from multiple games in the series, such as Rorona, Marie and Ayesha.
Atelier Online takes place in Bressisle Island, a place where the knowledge of alchemy has declined. As an apprentice in a new academy, it’s up to the player to set out on a journey to keep that knowledge alive, helping people along the way.
The video shows a little of the gameplay, which includes exploring the island locations to gather materials, synthesizing equipments and customizing the characters. While exploring, the player can fight monsters such as the traditional punis in turn-based combat.
There’s also a co-op element to the game, as it’s possible to count with the help of other players or just go at it alone. As a free-to-play title, Atelier Online: Alchemist of Bressisle will also include in-app purchasable items and a gacha system.
