Action RPG ‘Asterigos: Curse Of The Stars’ Launches Final Content Update Featuring Boss Rush Mode
Publisher tinyBuild has announced that the Acme GameStudio-developed action RPG Asterigos: Curse Of The Stars has received one last update, which also celebrates its first anniversary.
Aside from bug fixes and tweaks, the Gauntlet of the Stars challenge mode has been added. Available after players clear the main story, praying at the gryphon statue in the shelter will initiate a series of four endurance battles, “each with an escalation of five bosses.”
This game focuses on the protagonist, Hilda, who is exploring the city of Aphes to hopefully break its curse. Players can look forward to several weapons such as the sword-and-shield, dual blades, spears, hammers, and hidden pathways hiding rewarding secrets.
Winning will grant the Gladiatrix Battlegear gear, though completing the Gauntlet will then unlock the Test of Endurance, comprised of “all twenty boss battles in a single non-stop sequence, with a limited pool of consumables.”
