Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Siege of Paris Gets August Release Date in New Trailer

Ubisoft announced that the post-launch DLC for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla titled Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Siege of Paris will be coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC on August 12.

Further, Season 3 content, Sigrblot Season, will begin on July 29 through August 19. This Viking festival features mini-games, three new quests, and exclusive rewards for settlements, items, and weapons.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Siege of Paris finds Eivor heading out on a new questline across the Frankish countryside. Players will find new weapons, abilities, gear, and skills to take on the new enemy types. Infiltration Missions also return borrowing elements from the Black Box Missions.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Siege of Paris is available for Season Pass holders and can be purchased stand-alone for $24.99.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s story stars Eivor and his Viking raider, driven from Norway due to war and low on resources. It is up to him to lead a clan across the North Sea to find a new home, no matter the cost. Combat includes the use of a hidden blade, dual-wielding axes, swords, and shields against “ the most varied collection of deadly enemies ever found in an Assassin’s Creed game.”

Players can also launch massive assaults against Saxon troops and fortresses. Or set surprise attack from longship to take over enemy territory to regain land and resources. From there, construct and upgrade buildings including barracks, blacksmith, or tattoo parlor. Online modes have players customize raiders, join clans, and play alongside friends.
