Adventure RPG ‘Arc of Alchemist’ Introduces Axel, Micah, and Rune in New Screenshots

Idea Factory International released new screenshots for their RPG Arc of Alchemist, coming to PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on January 30, 2020, in NA and January 31, in the EU. Europe will have a physical release of the PS4 version of the game.

The screenshots provide a preview of characters, Axel, Micah, and Rune, who will be playing in the game. Axel is a knight who gives Quinn a lot of attention out of adoration for her. Micah is also a knight who supports Axel in battles. Once serving as his squire, Micah is now capable of holding her own in battle and she also knows how to calm Axel down. Rune is a military clergy in charge of taking care of injured soldiers.

The Switch and PS4 version will include an update to the game’s systems features that are meant to streamline the gameplay. Players will find additional items, new base facilities, and improved UI to make it easier to level up the party and provide a better gameplay experience. Additionally, players will be able to choose from over seven playable characters, in the Japanese release of the game, Quinn Bravesford was the only playable character. However, in this updated version players can choose to play as any member of their party and set them as their leader.

In Arc of Alchemist, you take on the role of Quinn Bravesford who must explore a vast desert, known as the Desert of Beginnings, to find the Great Power — the legendary key that’ll save not only her kingdom but also, humanity. According to legends of yore, if the Lunagear, an ancient alchemic drive, is equipped with four orbs the Great Power will be unlocked.
