Visual Novel ‘Aokana: Four Rhythms Extra2’ Gets New Trailer Revealing 2022 Release Date in Japan
Following the Japanese release of Aokana: Four Rhythms Perfect Edition in November 2018, visual novel developer Sprite announced that they will be disbanding with no plans to regroup. However, the group has since announced they will get back together for Aokana: Four Rhythms Extra2, with a planned release date for March 25, 2022, in Japan.
While a western release has not been announced, we assume it will eventually be.
Aokana: Four Rhythms Extra2 is a sequel fandisc to Aokana: Four Rhythms Extra1. The narrative centers around the after story of the udon lover Misaki Tobisawa, after she and Hinata Masaya become lovers.
The story provided by the developer is:
I-I want to do a match with you, Misaki-san!
What do I and Misaki see in each other, I wonder.
I honestly don’t know why I decided to keep on going with the FC. The FC…angers me.
“At that time, the feelings I wanted to deliver…”
