Visual Novel ‘Aokana: Four Rhythms Across the Blue’ Launches Kickstarter for Physical Goods

NekoNyan has launched a Kickstarter campaign for the Sprite developed adventure visual novel Aokana: Four Rhythms Across the Blue, coming to PC in the west in late summer 2019.

The campaign isn’t to launch the game or finish the translation, which the publisher says is going well and the game is on track to launch in the release window of late summer 2019. Instead, the campaign is to be used as a way for fans to acquire physical goods for the game, including a limited edition collector’s box, posters, figures, and Dakimakuras. Currently, the campaign has surpassed its goal by a lot with 40 days to go.

Aokana – Four Rhythms Across the Blue tells the story of a world where people have the ability to fly through the air using special shoes. Also, a popular sport known as Flying Circus is currently all the rage. The story follows Masaya Hinata who was once a prodigy who turned his back on the sport after suffering a defeat although there is another reason. During the story, his passion ends up being reignited after he finds himself teaching a transfer student, Asuka Kurashina, how to fly.

Additionally, the team has launched the Steam page for fans to wishlist the game.
