Visual Novel ‘Aokana: Four Rhythms Across’ Coming to PS4 and Switch in the West This Summer

PQube announced that they will be teaming up with NekoNyan to release the Sprite-developed visual novel Aokana: Four Rhythms Across on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch this summer.

Aokana: Four Rhythms Across the Blue tells the story of a world where people have the ability to fly through the air using special shoes. Also, a popular sport known as Flying Circus is currently all the rage.

The story follows Masaya Hinata who was once a prodigy who turned his back on the sport after suffering a defeat although there is another reason. During the story, his passion ends up being reignited after he finds himself teaching a transfer student, Asuka Kurashina, how to fly.

This will be the all-ages version of the game, but don’t worry their are still plenty of ecchi moments that still occur.

Additionally, the publisher released a new trailer to celebrate the announcement. Viewers get a chance to see the game running on console as well as get a preview of the game’s characters and animations.

In case you missed it, check out our review of the Steam version of the game. Recently, the Drama CDs released in the west as well.
