Arc System Works announced that the crime-thriller adventure Alternate Jake Hunter: Daedalus The Awakening of Golden Jazz is available now in North America digitally on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. A PC version is planned to release at a later date.
Alternate Jake Hunter: Daedalus The Awakening of Golden Jazz follows the story of Saburo Jinguji, who must learn the truth about his grandfather’s death by traveling to the United States. The game uses a 360-degree investigation system where players can explore an entire room to look for clues and uncover any mysteries. Also, players will be able to interrogate others and build a list of clues to complete a tree of events and uncover the mystery.
Additionally, players will be able to collect and organize their inventory as they piece together clues to solve whatever mystery comes their way. This includes using the Five Senses to get through some sections of the game.
Alternate Jake Hunter: Daedalus The Awakening of Golden Jazz is written by scenario writer Hirotaka Inaba who wrote the scenario for a previous Jake Hunter adventure At the End of the Dream.
