AI: The Somnium Files – nirvanA Initiative 1st Anniversary Merch Reveals New Art of Aiba, Mizuki, Ryuki & Tama
Spike Chunsoft has announced a collaboration with retailer Village Vanguard for new merchandise to celebrate the first anniversary of AI: The Somnium Files – nirvanA Initiative.
The merchandise comprises acrylic stands, badges, tapestries, key chains, and more. However, what’s most significant are the new illustrations of the game’s main characters, Aiba, Mizuki, Tama, and Ryuki. Other characters are present as keychains but via their original game renders.
A new one-year anniversary image was recently shared.

The merchandise is now available for purchase until September 24, 2023, with shipments expected to occur during early to mid-November 2023. You can view the announcement and product pages for more information.

AI: The Somnium Files – nirvanA Initiative shows an event where the right half of a corpse was discovered, but the left half was never found until six years later. However, the body has shown no signs of decay, as though it’s only a day old. New special agent Mizuki and her AI partner Aiba are tasked to solve the Half Body serial killings. New characters Ryuki and Tama also play integral roles.
