AI: The Somnium Files Gets Worldwide Release Date on PS4, Switch, and PC Along With NA Limited Edition
Spike Chunsoft announced that AI: The Somnium Files will launch worldwide for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC-via Steam on July 25.
AI: The Somnium Files tells the story of detective Kaname Date who is investigating a mysterious serial killer. Dante investigates these crime scenes by looking over the physical setting as well as peering into dreams to look for clues. One day, Dante arrives at a crime scene and recognizes a woman that he knows from somewhere. He then hears a noise from inside of a merry-go-round and finds a young girl with a bloody ice pick in her hand.
Directed by Kotaro Uchikoshi and with character designs by Yusuke Kozaki, this thrilling neo-noir detective adventure unfolds.
In case you missed it, we thought A-set was dead, and she very much might be, but from the looks of the game’s new trailer, it seems that she might still have a chance. One speculation is that we were only seeing one timeline of events where she died. However, anything is up for consideration considering this adventure is from the mind of the Zero Escape director and Co-writer of the Infinity series.
