Visual Novel RPG ‘After I Met That Catgirl, My Questline Got Too Long!’ Launches Kickstarter to Fund More CG Scenes
Rascal Devworks launched a Kickstarter campaign for their visual novel RPG After I Met That Catgirl, My Questline Got Too Long!, in development for PC.
The developer is turning to Kickstarter to ask for $7,796 to fund the game’s CG development, which is being commissioned by artists and they’d like more of, both SFW and NSFW. The team has also put together a free demo on Steam of the game so players can preview its systems and features.
After I Met That Catgirl, My Questline Got Too Long! is a yuri romance visual novel with an RPG battle system where players assume the role of Vera, an adventurer who has just met a catgirl name Téa. Evidently, Téa is from another world so Vera decides to form a guild with her and go on even more adventures. It seems like a lot of what is on Vera’s mind is meeting other cute girls as she is able to romance the female characters along her journey. There’s also a harem route available to players who enjoy the challenge.
The battle system in the game is a turn-based system that allows players to attack and use various abilities. The game’s missions are structured around quests and revolve around making choices that reflect the outcome of the various storylines. In the event that a quest is failed, the quest giver will remember that and, I don’t know, possibly not sleep Vera or something.
