Adventure ‘7 Years From Now’ Coming to Switch and PC This May
PQube announced they will publish the Fumi and Room 6-developed narrative adventure 7 Years From Now on Nintendo Switch and PC-via Steam on May 28, 2021.
7 Years From Now is a single-player experience aimed to tell an emotional story using 3D pixel graphics that was initially released in 2017 on iOS and Android devices. This release will include all of the DLC available, including the epilogue, side story, glossary, and “Sound Mode.” The game has received a lot of praise over the years and is the winner of 5 awards and downloaded over 6,000,000 times.
7 Years From Now has been optimized from console and PC play to fit various screens, but I wouldn’t say it needed a graphical update. The game was developed by Mafumi Yoshida as a non-combat narrative experience. Players will set out on a surreal journey as they retrace the steps of old memories lost 7 years prior. By assuming the roles of Haruto Soraki, who has just return to his hometown after an accident, players will need to recover his memory. Still, he can’t even guess where to begin.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the release of 7 Years From Now on Switch and PC.
