New Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp Trailer Introduces Orange Star Commanding Officers; Andy, Max & Sami
Nintendo has shared a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming resurged tactical duology, Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp, highlighting the attributes of the Orange Star commanding officers.
Andy is the all-rounder, having no cons but no exceptional strengths to bolster his efforts. His CO Power, Hyper Repair, heals 2 HP for all units.
Max excels at close-quarters combat but is poor at vice versa. Complementing his strength, his CO Power, Max Force, enhances the firepower of direct-combat units.
Lastly, Sami’s units move farther than average and capture property at a swifter rate, though she isn’t particularly effective against vehicles. Although her CO Power, Double Time, grants her infantry and mech units additional movement, aiding evasion.
New features for this collective release include a fast-forward functionality by pressing ZR, voice acting, and a reset turn option. Several other modes aside from the plot are playable, such as the War Room for CPU combat scenarios, online battles, and the Design Room for creating custom maps. Moreover, dedicated fans can peruse a shop and gallery mode housing unlockables.
