Action-Adventure ‘The Pathless’ Gets PS4, PS5, PC, and Apple Arcade Release Date

Annapurna Interactive announced that the Giant Squid-developed action-adventure, The Pathless, will launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC-via the Epic Games Store, and Apple Arcade on November 12.

The Pathless is a quick-moving adventure game that has players explore a world of mystery as they unlock new secrets through light puzzles. Players assume the role of a Hunter, who masters in archery and travels the lands to dispel the curse of darkness which seems to be overtaking the world.

Throughout the game, players will form a bond with their eagle companion as they hunt corrupted spirits. However, they aren’t the only preditor in the area and will soon meet powerful foes who don’t take to kindly to being exorcised.

Players are able to freely navigate the map as they head to spots of interest. These moments require some puzzle solving, which revolves around the use of the bow and manipulating its movements. The game also features boss battles that alter the environment and require players to use all of their skills to overcome the fight.

The publisher launched a new trailer to highlight the announcements, but they didn’t take too much time as it’s over in about 30 seconds.
